Chad Williams

Chad Williams (MDiv) is the Lead Pastor at HighView Church. Before entering pastoral ministry, Chad worked for over a decade with Chick-fil-A, training leaders around the country. Chad completed his Bachelors in Christian Ministry from Midwestern College and his Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chad has taught leaders all over the world and currently serves as a Church Planting Coach with North American Mission Board. In 2018 was a participant in Lifeway Leadership's Strategic Leadership Community. Chad writes on Gospel-centered leadership at his website, Develop to Deploy and is a contributor at For the Church. Chad his wife Kalie have two daughters, Lydia and Reagan.
